compensation: Based on experience

A Chicago based Design-Build residential & commercial development company is seeking a Project Architect-in-training with 3-5 years of multi-family, urban, commercial core and shell planning and design experience. A high level of proficiency with AutoCAD 2007, Sketch-up (or equal) and all Microsoft Office Suite programs is required. The right candidate will not only need to demonstrate the appropriate experience, abilities and skills, but also have an enduring positive attitude, be task completed oriented, have an unparalleled work ethic, be able to thrive in a team environment and have an ability to solve unstructured problems.
